EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY STREET ART COMPETITION
Absolutely delighted to be picked as one of two ‘WildCard’ entries for the Gravity Graffiti competition with the European Space Agency and The Hague Street Art. I’ll be heading off for the 18th of May to do some artwork alongside 11 other artists all working on some kind of space-themed work! A three-member jury will decide, together with the audience, which artist created the very best artwork within the deadline of one day. And the winner….well…. he or she will become the first street artist to make a piece of art in weightlessness. so this pretty much meas a parabolic flight in a reduced gravity aircraft.
Apraently the artist will become the first street artist in space. Graffiti without gravity! I cant wait.
The European Space Agency (ESA) & The Hague Street Art are joining forces for a unique crossover project between street art and space exploration.
