SYRIAS VIBES CHARITY ART AUCTION MARCH 25th
Its always a pleasure to put a bit of work in with the guys from Syras vibes and the SCOOP Foundation charities. The Scoop foundation works with kids in Cambodia and Pakistan in the hope of saving children out of poverty by raising funds to help with building Schools and helping with education and syrias vibes works on the ground with medical crews in Syria.
Brothers Calvin and Andy have set up the SCOOP / Syria Vibes Art Auction and it will be launching Thursday 8th March 2018, with the aim of raising funds to support displaced families in Syria, Iraq and Yemen.
The Art Auction will be held on the 25th. In Bagots Hutton on Ormand Quay, Dublin.
If You cant make the auction don’t worry you can bid for many of the art works by phone or live on the internet at www.invaluable.com,
You can stay up to date on the Auction on the Syrias vibes website and the facebook page
I decided to include some pieces from ‘That Space in Between’. This collection includes worked based on the idea of after you leave but before you get there and it represents getting stuck in and taking a risk. Its the idea of giving it a go. Its something all of us do everyday with choices that we make.
Space lace on pink with gray.
And Terraformer on pink with yellow highlights.
Terraformer is a smaller version of the lagre street art on a cafe on the el burchettos cafe (see below) in Ranalagh and space lace is a continuing stencil based on an oil painting I did a few years ago.
